How long does shipping take?

Deliveries generally take five to seven working days. Express delivery is subject to availability and takes three to five working days. To guarantee delivery within this timeframe order before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday. International orders including Europe and USA can take up to 10 days.

I bought an item and wish to return it, is it possible?
